How can I send the payment? And I have some concerns
with Internet-based businesses. Is eBrochure.Biz safe?
We accept major credit cards through 3rd party professional
payment processor company, and we also accept PayPal.
We do NOT collect financial information such as credit card numbers,
expiration date etc for processing our orders. That information would be taken
by our payment processor for processing our orders, so paying with your credit
card or PayPal (the world's most-known and secure portals) allows you to place
your payment without compromising your security.
I am ready to order, what are the
next steps?
To get started, please send us the
ORDER FORM. Our order form is easy and
simple. In the first part of the process you will have to select a Brochure Type
and Brochure Package as per your preferences. Select the one that is most
suitable for your business. Once you have placed your order and finished the
payment, we send you an order confirmation email, Meanwhile you will be able
upload your files and fill out an online questionnaire. Once we have all the
details mentioned in the questionnaire, the design process begins.
What are the other materials that I would need to provide you in the questionnaire?
You need to provide
* Copy that you will need to insert into the brochures.
* Images of high resolutions to be used if you have any.
* Logo Artwork files (We can also offer the logo design if you don't have one)
* Contact information
We don't have a logo, do you offer logo design service?
is there some discount on order of logo + Brochure Design?

How long does it takes?
The length of time the design process takes is tailored to your time constraints
- for example, if you need your brochure to be designed within a week, rest
assured you will get it before the deadline; but if you can spare some time to
refine it further, we recommend purchasing a Premium package with unlimited
revisions for astounding results.
Under normal circumstances, first concepts are delivered within 3 days. Each
revision phase usually takes 1 day, and 2 days as a maximum.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
If you have purchased a Premium package with unlimited revisions, you can simply
request the design to be revised again. If your solution includes a limited
number of revisions, you can pay a small fee ($25) for an extra concept or
another revision.
Also, for Premium package, you may ask for a refund within
3 revision rounds.
Do you provide Printing services?
No, we don't print them. Depending on your location, budget, time and quality
requirements, the printing cost is different. We suggest you to contact your
local printer to get the final brochure printed out. We can also work and get in
contact with your local printer if you wish so.
Do you do copywriting?
No, we do not provide copywriting service.
What are the standard final
deliverables formats?
Listed below are the standard formats your final deliverable will be delivered
in.
